Leadership in nursing can assist in strategic planning, stressful situations, staff development, and quality care for patients. Leadership Connection attendees will experience educational workshops and inspiring plenary sessions that will focus on leadership development, to better your career as a nurse leader. Leadership Connection attendees can expect to learn more about the following topics:
Attendees will gain a variety of leadership development skills and inspiration. Nursing leaders will gain insight into leadership for their personal lives, their professional lives, and how their leadership skills can affect nursing in a global way.
Registered attendees can receive up to 20 continuing nursing education contact hours at Leadership Connection 2016 through attending both the chapter leader sessions and the nursing leader sessions. Additional contact hours may be obtained through review of the presented posters.
